NH 000 63A 500V GG

Item #: E213996

Supplier Part #: E213996
Brand: Mersen

The NH system is classified among plug-in fuse systems and is composed of , fuse-base (possibly including terminal covers and phase barriers) , fuse-link with blade contact , fuse-link replacement device (LV HRC fuse puller) Since the design of this system cannot guarantee non-interchangeability of rated current it must be handled by a qualified professional. Type "gG" NH fuse-links are full range breaking capacity fuse-links and are used to protect cables and equipment. They can interrupt any current surge, from the lowest fusing current up to their breaking capacity, and so can be used alone as protection. They also protect electrical devices and industrial set-ups from the electrodynamic effects of very high short-circuit currents.

Lead free contact blades; Non-isolated gripping lugs; IEC 60269-1 and -2; Double indicator; 0% cadmium; Dimensions according to DIN 43 620 parts 1 to 4; VDE 0636 Part 201

Item #: E214019

Supplier Part #: E214019
Brand: Mersen

The D fuse-system is the first generation of the screw fuse-system in the german DIN standard. It is still used in many installations. Applications are low voltage ditribution units, where non trained persons are allowed to change the fuse-links. The D fuse-range comprises the sizes NDZ, DII, DIII, DIV, DV. The range of applications for D fuse-links gG is the protection of cables and power lines. They limit and cut off unacceptable overcurrents and short circuit currents up to their nominal breaking capacity. D fuse-links gG also protect equipments and installations against dynamic effects of high short circuit currents.

Resistant to aging; Insulated body suitable for high mechanical and thermal impacts; Low power dissipation; Safe cut off short circuits and over currents due to special design of fuse element; Free of lead, cadmium, mercury, chrome 6 (rohs conformity); Optimized size; Top and bottom contacts made of nickel plated copper alloy; Clear indication of operation condition due to coloured indicator on top contact

The D fuse-system is the first generation of screw fuse-systems in the German DIN standard. It is still used in many installations. This D system comprises the sizes DII, DIII, DIV, DV. Those D ultra-fast acting “gR” ranges are dedicated to semi-conductor protection, in applications where fuse-links are accessible to non-trained persons and can also be changed by them. They are used for the protection of components such as diodes, thyristors or AC/DC motor drives. The “R” stands for the English word Rectifier. D fuse-links are available at the rated current range from 2A up to 200A.

Clear indication of operation condition due coloured indicator on top contact; Optimized size; DIN VDE 0636-3; IEC 60 269-4; Low power dissipation; Resistant to aging; DIN EN 60269-4 (VDE 0636-4); Insulated body suitable for high mechanical and thermal impacts; Top and bottom contacts made of nickel-plated/silver-plated copper alloy; Safe cut off short circuits and over currents due special design of fuse element

500V CP 10x38 AM 016A S/I FS

Item #: E214617

Supplier Part #: E214617
Brand: Mersen

Mersen aM and gG fuse-links cover a wide range of physical sizes and ampere ratings for 400, 500, and 690VAC for protection in electrical distribution circuits and various industrial applications. Most ratings are available in size 8x31 and size 10x38 with an optional indicator, and in size 14x51 and 22x58 with an optional striker to activate an auxiliary contact. Size 10x38 is also available with striker. All cylindrical fuse-links have ceramic bodies and silver-plated contacts. Cylindrical fuse-links "aM" are partial range fuses. They protect electrical devices in case of unacceptable high short-circuit against destruction due high current limiting and low thermal let-through values. They cut off currents more than 6.3xln until the maximum breaking capacity (rated breaking capacity). Cylindrical fuse-links "aM" are mainly used for the protection of installation switch gear in otor circuit currents. For classification of the cylindrical fuse-links the nominal current of the fuse-link can be selected respective to the nominal current of the motor. Our technology and process was designed to ensure highly reliable technical performance.

Visual indication of fuse operation; Optional indicator; IEC 60269-1 & -2 (electrically only for the range with striker); Reduced size; Approved by various shipping organizations; Safest and most reliable protection system
